Certified quality for BLANCO mixers - Safety, hygiene and health
BLANCO mixer taps are voluntarily tested by the DVGW Certification Institute in order to offer the maximum quality and tranquility for the water we drink. Before being able to obtain the DVGW certification, BLANCO mixers are tested by the Institute for Product Certification (LGA) for the technical part (water flow pressure) and by the Center for Water Technology (TZW) for the hygienic part and technical (life cycle and materials). The definitive DVGW certification is issued only after the evaluation of the results obtained from the tests carried out by LGA and TZW.
There is an unlimited choice of mixers but there is a risk that the cheapest models on the market do not meet safety standards, significantly exceeding the limit of dangerous substances such as lead, nickel, cadmium or arsenic.
