CASTLE by Devina Nais is a table with a strong personality that stands out for its authentically crafted appearance in every detail, but anything but ancient; capable of indelibly characterizing any environment, Castle testifies to the passionate work of inspired designers and expert carpenters, masters in enhancing the soul of wood, the strength of tradition and the uniqueness of design, transforming a table into an object capable of transmitting emotion and passion .
Perfect both in spaces furnished in a rustic or traditional style and in environments with a modern or contemporary concept, the Castle table is characterized by the particular "trestle" shape of the legs , which recalls old work tables, and by the presence of bent irons on the edge of the table to hold the wooden planks together and "firm"; shapes, materials and construction techniques that bring back memories of times gone by, with powerfully material details and surprisingly current geometries.
Made of 3.5 + 3.5 cm thick solid oak wood, available in 13 natural open-pore finishes , designed to best enhance the natural grain of the wood, the top is furrowed by cracks obtained by drying natural nature of the boards, surrounded by knots, signs and color variations that bring out all the beauty of the wood, naturally worked by the action of the sun, the wind and the passage of time. Furthermore , thanks to the craftsmanship and the uniqueness of the raw materials, each table is to be considered a truly unique piece , a feature that amplifies its value and character.
Available in 3 sizes , with a length of 200, 250 or 300 cm , the Castle table can be accessorised with one or two optional 50 cm extensions (one on each side) , which allow you to extend the table in a simple and functional way. The extensions, 3.5 cm thick , are of the "bayonet" type and have a grain opposite to the top.
