PLUS AND FUNCTIONS
Automatic temperatures : allows you to keep food warm. The temperature will remain constant at 70 ° C for a period of 2 hours.
Bridge : to guarantee professional results, Schock® hobs have the Bridge function that allows you to use a large pan by combining two adjacent cooking zones.
Stop & Go : the Stop & Go function allows you to temporarily interrupt the supply of energy to the induction hob by temporarily pausing cooking. Once the function is deactivated, the cooking zones will resume operating with the initial settings.
Low temperature cooking : the new Schock® hobs are equipped with 4 preset temperatures that allow you to cook slowly at low temperatures, for more tender and tasty dishes.
Power Management: the Power Management power management system allows you to reduce or increase the power of the hob, from 1.4 kW to 7.4 kW.

The new matte finish
Always in step with the times, Schock® introduces the precious induction hob with opaque finish glass. In the version opaque white, the color will be whiter than today's standards guaranteeing you a perfect result. The special matte black finish is an excellent match to the most modern worktops. Both perfectly match the pure white and pure black finish of the Cristadur® Extreme sinks and the absolute white and absolute black finish of the Cristalite® sinks.

Perfect cooking
The induction hob is the maximum expression of domestic technology , for example to boil 1 liter of water it takes about 5 minutes against 9/10 of gas. Based on a simple physical principle, induction does not cost more, in fact the higher cost of electricity is offset by the efficiency of the induction hob compared to gas (90% against 50%), therefore with the speed and cutting cooking times.
