NELSON by Felis is an upholstered bed with a young and modern design , with linear shapes softened by the elegant skirt that covers the bed frame .

Intriguing and original , the Nelson bed stands out for the sartorial detail of the double ruffle edge that embellishes the skirt of the bed frame and the perimeter of the headboard, as well as for the double-sided upholstery of the headboard , different in front and back, which can be easily turned front and back for a change of combination, or color effect. The bed frame , visible only at the lower corners of the bed where the skirt leaves it uncovered, will be made in the same color as the main cover of the skirt but, on request through our customer service and at no extra charge, it is possible to order the bed with a contrasting bed frame . or made with the same coating applied to the edge of the skirt and combined with the rear upholstery of the headboard.

Completely removable , the bed can be made in a wide choice of fabric or eco-leather covers , selected materials paying particular attention to the evolution of market trends, to meet the most diverse needs both in terms of texture and colors.

Equipped as standard with "Basic" feet with a rectangular shape and a height of 3 cm, the bed can also be combined with the "Visual" feet , with a conical shape and a height of 9 cm; both feet are available in wengè, black, white and silver finishes. Furthermore, with a small surcharge, the bed can also be combined with "Lux" feet , L-shaped and 3 cm high, painted in wengè, black, white or chromed finishes.

The Nelson bed is proposed here in the variant without container , and is available in two versions: without base or with fixed base . In the version with fixed network it is also possible to choose the type of network, among the following alternatives:
- Standard "Armony" bed base : equipped with 68 mm slats in steamed and hot-curved beech plywood with very low formaldehyde release: 13 slats for the single-square version and 26 slats for the double-square version.
- "Thai" bed base : equipped with more numerous and thinner slats, to better adapt to the user's specific weight and evenly distribute the pressure of the mattress. The slats are 38 mm in beech wood: 23 slats for the 1-square version and 46 slats for the 2-square version.
- "Energy" slatted base (not available for beds with a width of 120 cm) : equipped with 6/12 extra slats and relative adjusters that allow you to vary the stiffness of the support surface, in the lumbar area or wherever you prefer. By acting on the special rigidity adjusters in the selected areas and positioning them appropriately, it is possible to define exactly the flexibility of the different floor areas and to fully customize the support of the network. The slats are 38 mm in evaporated beech plywood and hot bent with very low formaldehyde release: 23 slats (+ 6 adjustable) for the 1-square version and 46 slats (+ 12 adjustable) for the 2-square version.

Bed: Fir wood blocks and / or poplar plywood boxes. 18/25 mm panels in E1 class poplar wood particles with low formaldehyde emission and natural wood fiber. Non-deformable polyurethane foam with differentiated load-bearing capacity, density from 18 kg / mc to 40 kg / mc. First covering in polyester foam coupled with heat bonding interliner in polyester and / or 200g 100% polyester wadding.
Meshes: all types of mesh available are integral with the metal structure with silicone rubber connections. 40mm x 30mm square section steel frame. Painted with epoxy powders.
Basic feet : made of regenerated and recyclable polypropylene.
Lux feet : composed of two pieces for a total size of 18 x 18 cm. Painted seasoned natural beech.
Visual feet : made of regenerated and recyclable polypropylene.
