It is possible to calculate the cost of transport of one or more products: enter the destination country and add the desired products to the cart; the operation does not entail any obligation to purchase.
Additional charges for special locations
Standard shipping does not include any additional charges for locations that require the use of vehicles other than standard ones (7 - 12 meter lorries). E.g. restricted traffic areas, pedestrian zones, building sites and under construction, smaller islands.
If you think these apply to you, please contact us in advance so we can provide a better service: any special requirement that has not been notified prior to the purchase, will be amended later.
How we ship
VieffeTrade Srl is extremely careful with their packaging enough to boast an incidence of breakage during transport close to zero. The method of delivery varies depending on the destination and the type of goods. For furnishing products, we use carriers who are specialized in the transport of furniture.
Where we ship to
Vieffetrade Srl ships to all EU countries + Switzerland.
The customer will receive an e-mail from VieffeTrade Srl once the order has been shipped.
Some carriers offer the possibility to track the shipment, in which case you will receive directly in your email the code necessary to trace the shipment, in other cases you can ask for more information by sending an e-mail to email@example.com.
Delivery will be standard to street level; the vehicle is driven by a single driver, for this reason, the customer must cooperate with unloading larged packages from the truck. It is the responsibility of the buyer to deal with the transfer of ordered products to his address.
Any details useful for shipping may be included in the order notes.
Storage and related expenses
If the customer is unable to receive the goods when ready, he can inform us by e-mail indicating the earliest date for the shipment. No storage fees will be due in this case, provided the signaling takes place before the shipment of the order.
If the Customer has reported nothing, any storage fees will be charged to the customer.
Any failure to comply with delivery appointments entail storage fees charged to the Customer.
In the summer and Christmas period we do not deliver:
> in the month of AUGUST, from 31st July to 31st August;
> in the month of DECEMBER, from 20th December to the next 7th January.
The last day for sending available now products will be 31st July (August holiday closure) and 20th December (Christmas holiday closure).
Please pay attention to the articles that indicate a shipping timeframe equal to or above 6 working days if orders are made after 15th July and 7th December delivery will be postponed to the following month (September, January).
During the closure, it is possible to make orders normally, delivery times shall commence with the first working day of re-entry; however, we will answer all e-mails sent to the following address: firstname.lastname@example.org.
