1. What payments do you accept?
We accept payments via PayPal, Credit Card, Bank Transfer, Afterpay and Findomestic.2. Do the prices include VAT?
Yes, all prices indicated in our online catalog include VAT; to holders of a VAT number (Companies) from a member state of the European Union, the VAT will be deducted at the end of the shopping cart before confirming the order.3. Are the products original?
Absolutely yes! Always and only original, new from the factory with sealed packaging, first choice and covered by the parent company's warranty.4. I'm having trouble viewing the portal. What can I do?
We know that Explorer 7 has display issues; in case you can update your browser to the latest version.We work with major browsers such as Explorer, Firefox, Safari and Chrome. The browsers we recommend are Google Chrome (light, fast and very convenient for multi-tab browsing) and Mozilla Firefox (the most complete, always perfect display, feed reader included).
5. Is it possible to view the products in person?
No, Vieffetrade works exclusively via the Internet.6. What if the product arrived does not comply?
No problem! If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product purchased, you can exercise the right of withdrawal and the goods can be collected and refunded, with shipping costs paid by the customer.However, we specify that the right of withdrawal does not apply to furnishing items and configurable products.
7. I would like to place an order but receive it only after a certain date. It's possible?
VieffeTrade, in addition to guaranteeing you the fixed price, offers you the possibility of agreeing delivery within times to be defined. Simply enter the request with the indicative date at the end of the cart in "Customer Notes" or communicate it to us via email once the order has been placed.In any case, storage in our warehouse can last a maximum of 3 months.
8. How long will it take for the goods to be delivered to me?
Shipping times are shown next to the product.All products that indicate Immediate Shipping! they are already available in our warehouses and normally shipped the day after payment has been credited.
For bulky items (refrigerators, ovens, sinks) we further protect the packaging and shipping may be delayed by 48 hours.
In the case of home delivery ( valid only for deliveries in Italy ) the times are longer: normally they are calculated at least 6/7 days more than standard roadside delivery.
9. How much are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are displayed next to the item once the shipping country has been entered; in the case of multiple products a discount is applied.10. Is direct collection possible?
Yes, Vieffetrade provides the possibility of collecting the ordered material directly from its warehouses by appointment once you have received our confirmation email that the ordered material is available.11. Where do you ship?
We ship throughout EU + Switzerland + UK. The order will be processed by our logistics service safely and delivered to the address indicated at the time of the order via specialized couriers based on the type of product.ATTENTION : if the shipping address indicated during the order corresponds to a location with restrictions and limitations of access to the vehicles normally used by couriers, Vieffetrade assumes no responsibility for any failure to deliver. In these cases, the goods are redirected to the courier's sorting branch and a storage procedure is opened with costs borne by the buyer.
By "locations with access restrictions and limitations" we mean areas with exclusive pedestrian access, narrow, steep or impervious streets and roads, which cannot be accessed in any way by bulky vehicles used for unloading goods .
12. What damages does the optional insurance cover?
The insurance covers 100% of the value of the goods in case of loss and/or damage caused by the courier.13. Do you provide installation, collection and used disposal services?
Yes, only for deliveries on Italian territory and for the items for which they are intended, we carry out these services. The customer can select the desired options during the purchase process quickly and easily.ATTENTION: the installation service is not provided for sinks, kitchen hoods and taps .
14. Is delivery by appointment possible?
Of course, it involves a small surcharge and is requested at the end of the shopping cart.15. Is delivery to the floor possible?
Only for deliveries on Italian territory . In addition to the standard delivery to the street level, the option of delivery to the floor can be selected as an alternative during the purchase phase.16. Are there periods when deliveries are not made?
Yes, in the months of August and December it causes holidays and Christmas holidays.17. Are there any closed days or periods?
The Vieffetrade site can be visited all year round. However, our operators and suppliers follow closed days and periods dictated by national holidays and customs.National holidays are Easter and Easter Monday, 25 April, 1 May, 2 June, 1 November and 8 December. The activity of our suppliers is expected to be suspended during the Christmas period from 24 December to 6 January inclusive and in the summer period for the entire month of August.
These days and periods are therefore not to be considered useful in counting the working days indicated as the shipping times of the items.
18. I completed the order but I didn't receive an email. What should I do?
In very rare cases it may happen that the order email is seen by the email system as an advertisement or blocked by some email managers. If the confirmation does not arrive, check that it has not ended up in your "spam" or "junk mail" folders, otherwise contact our Customer Service who will send you a new order confirmation.19. How can I check the status of my orders?
With the majority of couriers we provide the tracking number at the time of shipment, otherwise send an email to customer service: [email protected]20. Is it possible to cancel the order?
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of receiving our order confirmation; after this deadline, for personalized products, cancellation costs equal to 30% of the value of the product are foreseen. Any refund will be made within 14 days.21. Which tax document is issued?
Vieffetrade always issues a regular tax document in the form of a receipt or invoice depending on what is specified by the customer during the purchase phase. The receipt will be included in the package, while the invoice will be sent automatically by our computer system via email in PDF format within 5 days from the shipping date.22. What if the material arrives damaged or non-compliant?
Vieffetrade undertakes to replace the goods or collect them with relative reimbursement if they present defects or are damaged.However, upon delivery of the goods the customer is required to check that:
- the number of packages delivered and the external appearance correspond to what is indicated in the transport document that the courier will deliver to you.
- the packaging is intact and unaltered, including the closing tapes.
In case of tampering, breakages, wet packaging, dents or cuts, the customer must accept the goods "WITH RESERVE" describing the damage in detail on the courier's delivery receipt; This is essential to obtain any refunds or replacements. General reserves are not sufficient to open a refund or replacement case.
In the event of obvious damage to the products, the customer can immediately refuse delivery by indicating on the receipt the reason for non-collection.
23. Right of withdrawal
Any problem that may arise relating to the products purchased (mistakes, inconveniences or simple dissatisfaction), you can request the return of the goods.The right of withdrawal is regulated by current regulations; You can return the purchased goods by communicating your intention within 14 calendar days of the delivery date.
Once the return procedure has been authorized by Vieffetrade, the goods must be returned complete with their original packaging and adequately protected.
Upon receipt, the integrity of the goods will be verified and a refund will be made accordingly.
