1. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments via PayPal, Credit card, Bank transfer and, within Italy, Cash on delivery.
2. Do prices include VAT?
Yes, all prices in our catalogue are inclusive of VAT, for holders of a VAT No. (Companies) of a European Union member state, VAT will be deducted from the end of your shopping session before confirming the order.
3. Are the products original?
Absolutely! The are only and always original, brand new, factory sealed, high-grade and covered by the warranty of the parent company.
4. I'm having trouble viewing the site. What can I do?
We know that there are display issues with Explorer 7. If this is the case, you can update your browser to the latest version.
We work with major browsers such as Explorer, Firefox, Safari and Chrome. The browsers we recommend are Google Chrome (light, fast and very convenient for multiboard browsing) and Mozilla Firefox (most comprehensive, always perfect viewing, feed reader included).
5. Is it possible to see the products in person?
No, VieffeTrade Srl works exclusively via the Internet.
6. What if the product delivered is non-compliant?
No problem! If, for whatever reason, you are not satisfied with the product purchased, you can exercise your right to withdraw and the goods will be collected and refunded.
However, we specify that the right of withdrawal does not apply to furniture items and configurable products.
7. I would like to place an order but receive it only after a certain date?
VieffeTrade Srl in addition to assuring you a fixed price, offers you the option to arrange for delivery at time yet to be determined. Just enter your request with the approximate date at the end of your shopping session under: "Customer Notes" or notify us via email once the order has been placed.
The storage of the goods ordered in our warehouse can in any case have a maximum duration of 6 months.
8. How long will it take to receive my order?
The delivery times are shown alongside the product.
All products showing "Immediate shipping!" are already available in our warehouses and are normally shipped within 1-3 working days after payment has been credited.
For bulky items (refrigerators, ovens, sinks), we provide further protection of the packaging and shipping may take place 48 hours later.
9. How much are the transportation costs?
Transportation costs are displayed alongside the item once the country of dispatch has been entered; for multiple products a discount is made.
10. Is it possible to collect the goods directly?
The goods are dispatched from warehouses based in various locations and so it is impossible to manage direct collection.
11. Where do you ship to?
We ship all over EU + Switzerland; the order will be safely processed by our logistics service and delivered to the address provided at the time of ordering using specialised couriers according to the type of product.
12. What damages does the optional insurance cover?
The insurance covers 100% of the value of the goods in the event of loss and/or damage caused by the courier.
13. Do you provide installation, collection or disposal services?
No, because we ship with couriers who deliver goods only.
14. Is it possible to make a delivery appointment?
Of course, it carries a small surcharge and you can request it at the end of your shopping session.
15. Is it possible to make the delivery upstairs?
No, the delivery will only be made at street level.
16. Are there times when you do not deliver?
Yes, in the months of August and December due to holidays and the Christmas season.
17. Are there any days or times it's closed?
The https://www.vieffetrade.eu site is open all year round. However, our operators and suppliers observe the following days and periods of closure as dictated by holidays and national traditions.
Easter Sunday, Easter Monday, 25th April, 1st May, 2nd June, 1st November, 8th December are all National holidays. The suppliers are expected to close over the Christmas period, from the 24th December to 06th January included, as well as the entire month of August during the summer.
These aforementioned days and times are not to be considered when counting the days indicated as delivery times for the sending of items.
18. I have completed the order but I haven't received any emails. What should I do?
In very rare cases, the order confirmation email may be marked as advertising or blocked by the email system. If you do not get confirmation, check that it is not in the "spam" or "junk mail" folders, otherwise contact our Customer Service team who will send you a new order confirmation.
19. How do I track the status of my order?
With most carriers, we provide the tracking number upon dispatching the goods, otherwise send an email to customer service: [email protected]
20. Is it possible to cancel the order?
You can cancel your order within 24 hours from receipt of our order confirmation.
Any eventual refund will be made within 14 days.
21. Which tax document is issued?
VieffeTrade Srl always releases officially valid fiscal receipt documents in the form of a receipt or an invoice, depending on what is specified by the customer during the purchase.The receipt will be included in the parcel while an invoice will be sent automatically by our computer system by e-mail in PDF format within 5 days from the date of shipment.
22. What if the goods arrive damaged or non-compliant?
We provide for the replacement of purchased items which are defective or arrive damaged at the time of delivery. However, at the time of delivery of the goods, the customer is required to check:
- that the number of packages delivered and the external appearance are as indicated in the delivery note provided by the courier;
- that the packaging is intact and unaltered, including in the closing strips.
In the event of tampering, breakage, wet packaging, dents or scratches, the customer must accept the goods "WITH RESERVE" describing the damage in detail on the courier's delivery receipt; this is essential in order for any refunds or replacements to be made. General reserves are not sufficient to open a case for refund or replacement.
In the event of visible damage to the products, the customer can refuse the delivery immediately, indicating the reason for non-acceptance on the delivery receipt.
23. Right of withdrawal
Should any problem occur relating to the products purchased (mistakes, issues or simply dissatisfaction), you can request for the goods to be returned. The right of withdrawal is regulated by current regulations. The goods purchased may be returned providing notification within 14 calendar days from the delivery date.
Once the return process has been authorised by VieffeTrade Srl, the goods must be returned complete with their original packaging and properly protected.
Once the goods have been received and their integrity has been verified, we will proceed with the refund.
24. Guarantee of compliance
The guarantee of compliance of the products sold by VieffeTrade Srl for the benefit of the Consumer is provided pursuant to the regulations laid down in Legislative Decree No. 206 dated 6 September 2005 (Italian Consumer Code) on guarantees in the sale of consumer goods. VieffeTrade Srl provides the official European warranty for the duration of 24 months from the date of purchase; under said warranty, it is possible to receive direct and immediate assistance for the products purchased from the manufacturer's official technical service.
