No problem! The courier will contact you to come back by appointment . You will agree on the day and time slot of delivery directly with the courier.

The perfect solution for your bulky purchases, especially if you live in a condominium. The service includes delivery directly to your home.You freely agree on the day and time of delivery directly with the courier who will contact you.
The delivery staff will remove the packaging and verify the integrity of the delivered product.
NB
• It is the Customer's responsibility to verify, prior to purchase, the compatibility of the product with the width of the spaces to be covered (width of stairs, landing, presence of lift, etc.). If the courier is unable to deliver the product to your home, the material will be left on the ground floor without reimbursement of the service.
• This delivery option may take 2-6 working days longer than standard delivery.

• @Home Delivery Solutions is a delivery to the floor and installation service provided and managed directly by Fercam SpA, which guarantees the carrying out of the planned operations in full compliance with current regulations, therefore Vieffetrade Srl does not consider itself directly responsible for any damage caused to people or things from Fercam @Home Delivery Solutions operators during and after the performance of the purchased service.
• The customer who decides to use and purchase the delivery service to the floor or delivery with installation, since it is a service carried out by third parties (@Home Delivery Solutions), therefore exempts and relieves Vieffetrade Srl from any civil and criminal liability, including objective, for any damage to property or accidents to people suffered during or following the performance of the operations envisaged by the service.
• Any anomalies must be reported in the document that the operator will have signed at the end of the work; the @Home Delivery Solutions company will take care of completing any unfinished work or opening the refund procedure for any accidental damage.
Home delivery + installation (Italy only)
In addition to delivery directly to your home, you can also take advantage of the installation service for your products.You freely agree on the day and time of delivery and installation directly with the courier who will contact you.
The delivery personnel, in addition to removing the packaging and verifying the integrity of the delivered product, will also take care of the installation. The workers who will carry out the work are highly qualified technicians.
Upon request, FREE collection of used items is also carried out.

Always keep an eye on your inbox. The day your order ships, you will receive a shipping email full of useful information:Courier used : we always specify the courier chosen for shipping your order, following our proven logistics criteria.
Purchased products summary : you will be reminded of the complete list of purchased products.
Delivery address : you will receive your order at the address you indicated during the purchase.
Tracking : the "Track your package" button allows you to follow the shipment of your order. In this way you will always have the status of the shipment under control and will be able to organize the delivery in the best possible way, according to the instructions provided by the courier himself.
Logistical information : we provide you with information on the weight, dimensions and volume of the pallet you will receive, so that you can best organize the delivery.
Order Photos : We show you exactly what you'll receive: your order packaged and ready to ship. The ability to see how your order leaves our warehouse gives you the opportunity to receive your delivery with a certain degree of awareness. If what you receive differs from what is displayed in your email, you can report anomalies and any problems directly to the courier.
What to do when the courier arrives
✔ Check the number of packages delivered, the integrity of the packaging and the correspondence of the product with what is indicated in the transport document.✔ In case of damaged packaging (tampering, breakages, cuts, wet packaging), accept the goods with "CONTROL RESERVE" describing the damage in detail on the courier's receipt.
✔ In the event of obvious damage to the packages, you can refuse delivery by indicating the reason for non-collection on the courier's receipt.
✔ Check what you have received as soon as possible, as any problems must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the goods at [email protected] and must be described and documented with photos.
