Delivery by express courier and delivery to the street level
Goods purchased on the VieffeTrade Srl site are delivered exclusively to street level, we do not offer the service to the required floor. Delivery will be standard to street level; the vehicle is driven by a single driver. For this reason, the customer must cooperate with unloading larged packages from the truck. It is the responsibility of the buyer to deal with the transfer of ordered products to his address. Any details useful for shipping may be included in the order notes.
All product information sheets on Vieffetrade.eu include the approximate number of delivery days required, worked out based on average production time.
Shipping times are intended from receipt of payment and are based on an estimate worked out from previous deliveries or on standard timings provided by manufacturers.
In case of orders with several items, you can request a single shipment which will be delivered in the times needed for the item with the longer shipping time.
The days required as stated, you must add the necessary days for delivery to your destination. The timing varies depending on the type of product and the courier used. The average delivery time is between 4 and 12 working days, depending on the area.
The delivery days listed are only an estimate and can be subject to early or late deliveries, for reasons not directly ascribale to VieffeTrade Srl (production delays, shipping delays, bank holidays).
All products and shipments scheduled in the days prior to bank holidays are subject to longer waiting due to the closing of production and logistics companies.
Thousands of articles with immediate delivery are available in our warehouse and normally shipped within 1-3 working days from payment.
Delivery on appointment
This service allows you to be notified when the ordered material is coming and it is therefore possible to arrange the delivery time with the courier.
The service is requested in the purchase phase, a mobile phone number is necessary.
What to do when the courier arrives
Upon delivery, the customer is required to check that the number of packages delivered and the appearance is as specified in the transport document and verify that the package is intact.
In case of tampering, cracks, cuts or wet packaging, the Customer must accept the goods "SUBJECT TO INSPECTION" describing the damage on the delivery receipt of the carrier, eg.: "Subject to inspection for battered cardboard, broken polystyrene etc."
The description of the damage is fundamental as general controls are not sufficient to open the practice of damage against the courier resulting in the impossibility to be refunded or to replace the product.
In case of visible damage to the packages, the customer can refuse delivery indicating the reason for non-acceptance on the courier receipt; once returned it will be replaced.
Afterwards, check the product: it must comply with the order and be free from anomalies or defects; any anomaly, even a little scratch, should be communicated to VieffeTrade Srl WITHIN 48 HOURS of receipt by phone or sending an e-mail with attached photos to firstname.lastname@example.org. We do not accept claims for damages after 48 hours from delivery.
In case of damage, the product must not be used or installed; you must also retain the original packaging, for the return of the product to be replaced.
If the product is used or installed, the replacement is forfeited.
Complaints for other reasons must be sent exclusively within 8 calendar days from the receipt of the goods. After this period our company no longer accepts any complaint.
Returns and Refunds
For any problem arising related to products purchased from VieffeTrade Srl due to mistakes, inconvenience or simple dissatisfaction, you can request the goods to be returned. The right of withdrawal is regulated by the current regulations; you may return goods purchased providing notification of your intention within 14 working days from the delivery date (see: Right of Withdrawal). Once the return process is authorized by VieffeTrade Srl, goods must be returned complete in their original packaging and adequately protected. Once received and the integrity checked the reimbursement made will be net of transport costs.
In the summer and Christmas period we do not deliver:
> in the month of AUGUST, from 31st July to 31st August;
> in the month of DECEMBER, from 20th December to the next 7th January.
The last day for sending items with immediate shipping will be 31st July (August holiday closure) and 20th December (Christmas holiday closure).
Please pay attention to the articles that indicate a shipping timeframe equal to or above 6 working days if orders are made after 15th July and 7th December delivery will be postponed to the following month (September, January).
During the closure, it is possible to make orders normally, delivery times shall commence with the first working day of re-entry; however, we will answer all e-mails sent to the following address: email@example.com.
